By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use UploadWorks if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

  • Service: The service provided by UploadWorks, which includes the wrapping of S3 / Cloudflare R2 storage to allow users to upload files.
  • Content: Any material, including without limitation, text, images, audio material, video material, or audio-visual material, that you upload using our Service.
  • One-Time Payment: The one-time payment giving you access to our Service.
  • Usage Fees: Additional fees incurred based on the usage of a bucket provided by the platform.

2. One-Time Payment

  • Your payment to UploadWorks is a one-time payment that grants you access to our Service.
  • The payment does not include Usage Fees, which are incurred separately based on your use of the platform's provided bucket.

3. Usage Fees

  • If you opt to use a bucket provided by the platform, you will incur Usage Fees based on the amount of storage and bandwidth you consume.
  • Details of Usage Fees will be provided to you within the platform's interface.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use UploadWorks in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

5. Prohibited Files

You may not use our Service to upload, store, host, or send any files that:

  • Contain viruses or any other malicious computer software.
  • Are pornographic, obscene, indecent, or sexually explicit.
  • Infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Are defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
  • Are in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Purposefully, in the opinion of UploadWorks, disrupt or degrade our services.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the Content that you upload and the consequences of its use or submission, including files uploaded by others using your account credentials (including API keys, logins, emails, and IPs). UploadWorks does not endorse any Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and UploadWorks expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. UploadWorks is not responsible for any form of loss of data, account security, uploading, or any other related activity on our platform.

7. Account Termination

UploadWorks reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that, in our complete opinion, violates these Terms and Conditions or other policies or guidelines that we may post on our Service from time to time, or for any other reason.

8. Refund Policy

All payments made to UploadWorks are considered final and non-refundable unless you request a refund within 24 hours of your plan purchase. You are not eligible for a refund if your account is terminated by us for violating these Terms and Conditions. Usage fees for consumed months of bucket usage are non-refundable.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
